All of our VIT Service Plans (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) include unlimited pro-active network support consisting of PC management, server management, and security management for an affordable fixed monthly fee.

PC Management
We monitor and inventory your PCs and maintain drawings and documentation of your site.  We provide dedicated help desk personnel to resolve issues and assist with questions.  We visit your site at least once per month to perform routine maintenance, preventative care, and on-site desktop support.

Server Management
